About Siticard
Siticard is a transport card management app for passengers in Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Kirov, and Mari El regions. Check your card balance, top up instantly, and manage your travel in one convenient mobile app.
Stay informed about your transport card at any time. Simply launch the app and hold your card against your NFC-enabled phone to view your current balance and card status. No need to visit ticket offices or terminals—everything you need is in your pocket.
If your phone supports NFC, you can create virtual transport cards directly in the app. Virtual cards offer competitive fares, instant top-ups, and always-current balance information. You can issue multiple virtual cards and adjust your tariff to better suit your transportation needs, from daily commuting to occasional travel. Each region determines its own card issuance conditions, so check what's available in your area.
Top-up your card using any bank payment card with no commission fees. Don't have NFC? No problem—you can still check your balance using your card number or barcode. For those who completed payments through Sberbank Online or the official website, you can write updates to your physical card in the app (available on phones with NFC controllers certified by NXP). If your phone doesn't fully support NFC services, balance terminals in Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC offices can handle writing operations for you.
Track every trip in detail. The app shows you the exact date, time, transport type, route number, and the tariff rate for each journey. This history helps you understand your travel patterns and confirm that fares were charged correctly.
Your personal profile gives you quick access to payment history, latest news from the app, and important service updates. Even without an internet connection, you can find nearby service points on the map and browse frequently asked questions. Siticard puts essential travel information at your fingertips, whether you're managing daily commutes or occasional journeys across the region.
